The ServiceCraft Customer
Extranet is used to:
o
Inquire
on orders and inventory information
o
Create
and release new order requests
o
Approve
and release EDI orders
o
View,
print, and download POD (images) documents
o
View,
print, and download reports in either html, Excel, or PDF formats.
This is a secured customer
extranet. To obtain your user id and password, please either:
- Email to extranet@servicecraft.com
- Call 1-714-690-6559.
IMPORTANT: You authorize
your users -- You
will receive an "authorization email" in which you need to specify
the users who will be using the extranet. You simply return the email with this
information and that authorizes us to create your user id(s). You are then
responsible for contacting us to modify any of the users in the future. We then
email you the new user ids and passwords and you are ready to login. For a
quick walk through, you can use the eplan user id and eplan password.
IMPORTANT:
Refresh/Reload your web pages -- If you have your browser cache on (most browsers' default
to this setting), your frequently accessed pages are being stored in your
computer memory cache or disk cache. Therefore to ensure that you always are
viewing the most current data on each web page, it is important that you
refresh/reload your pages often.

How To Log In

To log in follow these
steps.
- Go to the ServiceCraft Customer Extranet:
http://scraftii.servicecraft.com
- Click Log-In.
- Enter your userid and password. For eplan
purposes use eplan as the userid and eplan as the password.
- From the Customer Extranet home page you can
click:
- Help -- Used to display the
online help. You can also download the user documentation from this page.
- Log-Off -- Used to return to
the ServiceCraft home page.
- Home -- Used to return to the
Customer Extranet home page.
- Release Order Requests -- Used
to create and release new order requests to ServiceCraft. These order requests then create new
open orders in the ServiceCraft warehouse management system (WMS). You also get an emailed confirmation of
the new open orders. Note that
this is for non-EDI customers only.
- Approve EDI -- Used to view
and approve EDI orders received. Some customers prefer to have the
accounting users use this page to check the customers credit before
approving the EDI orders.
- Release EDI & Hold -- Used
to view and release EDI and hold orders. Some customers use this to allow
the operations users to release EDI and hold orders to the order entry
system. EDI orders were first approved on the Approve EDI web page. Hold
orders cannot be satisfied with current inventory.
- Reports Used to view and
download reports into either Excel, csv, or PDF formats various reports.
- Open Orders -- Used to view
open orders.
- Shipped Orders -- Used to view
shipped orders. If shipped UPS, this includes viewing the tracking
information and being able to link to the UPS web site. If ServiceCraft
was the carrier on the load, this includes viewing the POD's images.
- Canceled Orders -- Used to
view canceled orders.
- Inventory -- Used to view
product description information such as product UPC, unit of measure,
weight, cubic feet, cases per pallet. Also view inventory information
such as intransit, available, allocated, damaged, and on hold.

Window
- This page is used to navigate the Customer Extranet.
- Also, search for an order, or search for a product from
this page.
Release
Order Requests Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to create order requests, then release
them to ServiceCraft to create open orders. IMPORTANT: This is for customers NOT
currently utilizing EDI with ServiceCraft.
You need proper security to create and release order requests
online.
- Release button Used to release order requests to
ServiceCraft. A confirmation email
will be sent after the order has been created.
- Create Order Request Used to create a new order
request on the detail web page. The
Order Request Detail page will appear.

- Release -- To release Order Requests, click the desired
checkbox and then the RELEASE button. This field appears only if user has
proper security.
- Status Current status of order requests.
- EDI Order# -- To view the Order Request detail, click
the EDI order# hyperlink.
- Fill % -- Percentage of order that can be filled by
current inventory in the primary warehouse. Three warehouses are analyzed:
primary, secondary, final. At setup
time, the sequence of warehouses is defined by state. The order ship-to state is then compared
to this setup table to determine the sequence of warehouses to check to
fulfill the order quantity. You can
change this warehouse on the order requests detail page.
- Warehouse Abbreviations for warehouses; i.e.,
DF-Dallas/Fort Worth, AT-Allentown, BP-Buena Park.
- Requested Date The requested date of shipment from
the warehouse.
- Expire Date The order request expiration date,
commonly refers to the PO expiration date.
- Customer Name The ship-to name (consignee) name as it
appears on all order correspondence.
- City The ship-to city.
- State The ship-to state.
- Customer PO# -- The ship-to customer PO#.
- Ref 1 -- User defined reference field, typically used
for shipper number associated with this order.
- Ref 2 -- User defined reference field.
- Ref 3 -- User defined reference field.
Release Order Requests Detail Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to create and view order
requests. Order requests contain
header information such as requested ship date, requested arrive by date,
ship-to name and address. In
addition, the order requests contain detail information such as products,
quantity ordered, and current warehouse quantity. Also used to change the warehouse to
fill the order. For example, on an order shipping to Wisconsin the primary
warehouse is AT-Allentown. However, currently product is only available at
either DF-Dallas/Fort Worth or BP-Buena Park. Therefore, if desired the
user could change to select the DF warehouse. IMPORTANT: All required fields are
marked by an asterisk.
- Step 1: Select or type the ship-to information:
- Warehouse - The warehouse
abbreviation. For example,
AT-Allentown, DF-Dallas/Fort Worth, BP-Buena Park.
- Requested Ship Date Date to ship
from the warehouse.
- Requested Deliver Date Date
to deliver to destination.
- Requested Arrive By Date
Date to deliver by or prior to.
- Requested Arrive On Date
Date to deliver on. Cannot deliver
before this date.
- Requested Expire Date PO
expiration date.
- Ship-To Name and Address
Either enter the ship-to name and address, or click the search button and
select from a list of previously delivered customers. If you add a new one, it will appear
the next time you use the search button.
- Customer PO# -- The customer
purchase order number.
- Method of Payment Either
prepaid, collect, will call, third party.
- SCAC code Either enter a
valid SCAC code or click the search button and select from a list of SCAC
codes.
- Ref 1 -- User defined
reference field, typically used for shipper number associated with this
order.
- Ref 2 -- User defined
reference field.
- Ref 3 -- User defined
reference field.
- Comments User defined
comments.
- Step 2: Select the product and order quantity:
- Delete To delete a line
item, click the checkbox of the desired line click the Save Order Button.
- Product Either enter a
product id or click the search button to select from a list of products.
- Product Description The
product description.
- Unit of Measure The unit of
measure.
- Consignee SKU The product id
the consignee uses.
- Customer Reference A user
defined customer reference on the line item.
- Quantity Ordered The desired
order quantity.
- Save Order button Used to
save the order.
- Cancel Order button Used to
cancel the order. Only users with
proper security have this button.
- More Order Lines Used to add
additional order lines.
- Previous Order Lines Used to
page to the next order lines.
- Back to Release Order Requests
Used to go back to the summary page: Release Order Requests.
Approve
EDI Orders Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view and approve EDI orders
received. Some customers prefer to have their accounting department use
this page to check the customers credit before approving the EDI orders.
- Approve -- To approve EDI orders, click the
desired checkbox and then the APPROVE button. This field appears only if
user has proper security. Other users can only inquiry on the data on the
page.
- EDI Order# -- The EDI order number. This is a
unique number specific to the EDI process. This is not the order number in
the Warehouse Management System (WMS). If the order is released into the
WMS, then it receives a WMS order number. To view the EDI detail, click
the EDI order hyperlink.
- Fill % -- Percentage of order that can be filled
by current inventory in the primary warehouse. Three warehouses are
analyzed: primary, secondary, final.
- Warehouse - User defined warehouse code; i.e.,
DF-Dallas/Fort Worth, AT-Allentown, BP-Buena Park.
Approve

represent the primary, secondary, and final warehouse to be analyzed to
fill this order. For example, DF-Dallas/Fort Worth, BP-Buena Park,
AT-Allentown.
- Cancel -- To cancel the EDI order, click the CANCEL
ORDER button. Only users with proper security have this button.
Release

fill this order. For example, AT-Allentown, DF-Dallas/Fort Worth, BP-Buena
Park, AT-Allentown.
- Cancel -- To cancel the EDI order, click the CANCEL
ORDER button. Only users with proper security have this button.
Release
Hold Orders Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view and release Hold orders. Hold
orders are created during the EDI process after the system checks the
primary warehouse to fill the order. If the order cannot be fully filled
at the primary warehouse, the order goes on hold status and the customer
must use this page to release it at the proper time. As with the EDI
orders, some customers prefer to have their operations department use this
page to check the fill % on the order per the three warehouses, and then
release as needed. The user can also go to the detail page and select from
one of the three possible warehouses.
- Release -- To release Hold orders, click the desired
checkbox and then the RELEASE button. This field appears only if user has
proper security.
- EDI Order# -- To view the Hold detail, click the order
hyperlink.
- Fill % -- Percentage of order that can be filled by
current inventory in the primary warehouse. Three warehouses are analyzed:
primary, secondary, final.
- Warehouse - User defined warehouse code; i.e.,
DF-Dallas/Fort Worth, AT-Allentown, BP-Buena Park.
Release
Hold Orders Detail Close
Window
- Purpose -- Used to view Hold order detail, such
as lines, products, quantity ordered, and current warehouse quantity. Also
used to change the warehouse to fill the order. For example, on this order
shipping to Wisconsin the primary warehouse is AT-Allentown. However,
currently product is available at either DF-Dallas/Fort Worth or BP-Buena
Park. Therefore, if desired the user could change to select the DF

Open
Orders Summary Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view open orders.
- Search - To search for a shipper#, enter all or
part of the shipper# and click Search.
- Wh - The user defined warehouse code.
- Shipper Number - The customer's shipper number.
- BOL Number - The ServiceCraft order number. To
view the order detail, click the BOL number hyperlink.
Open
Orders Detail Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view open order detail, such as
lines, products, quantity ordered, and quantity pulled to ship. Also used
to view product information.
- Product Number - To view product detail information,
click the product number hyperlink.
Shipped
Orders Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view shipped orders. This
page shows 3 previous months of orders at a time from the shipped date.
Defaults to the current date.
- Sort By - Used to sort the data by a desired
column. To sort, use the Sort By select button and select the desired
column. The web page will automatically sort by the selected column and
the column header will be highlighted. The web page defaults to sort by
the Shipped Date column.
- Search - To search for information, first choose
the desired sort column, then enter all or part of the information in the
search field and click Search.
- 3 month window start date -- This page shows 3
previous months of orders at a time from the shipped date. Defaults to
current date. To change the start date, enter the date in yyyymmdd format
and click GO.
- Wh - The user defined warehouse code.
- Shipper Number - The customer's shipper number.
- BOL Number - The ServiceCraft order number. To
view the order detail, click the BOL number hyperlink.
- POD Images -
- If ServiceCraft was the
carrier on the load, POD's will be scanned and available to view on this
page. Click "View" to display the images. If no POD images have
been scanned for the order, "None" appears.
- Click the desired document,
and the image will be displayed. The following page is an example.
- If the image does not appear,
the TIFF viewer is probably missing. To download a free TIFF viewer, go
to http://www.alternatiff.com
- After displaying the image,
use the print icon on the viewer's menu bar above the image to print it
to a local printer.
Shipped
Orders Detail Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view shipped order detail, such
as lines, products, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, and UPS tracking
information.
- UPS Tracking Number - If the customer is setup
with UPS tracking, then the UPS tracking number hyperlink will appear. To
view the detail tracking information, click the UPS tracking number
hyperlink and the UPS web site will automatically be launched (explained
next).
- Product Number - To view product detail
information, click the product number hyperlink.
Canceled
Orders Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view canceled orders.
- Search - To search for a shipper#, enter all or
part of the shipper# and click Search.
- Wh - The user defined warehouse code.
- Shipper Number - The customer's shipper number.
- BOL Number - The ServiceCraft order number. To
view the order detail, click the BOL number hyperlink.
Canceled
Orders Detail Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view canceled order detail.
No information such as lines, products, and quantity ordered will appear.
Inventory
Summary Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view inventory information.
- Search - To search for a product#, enter all or
part of the product# and click Search.
- Wh - The user defined warehouse code.
- Product Number - The product number. To view
product detail information, click the product number hyperlink.
- BPU - Business product unit. Used to categorize
products into groups.
- Intransit - Refers to inbound intransit
inventory.
- Available - Total available inventory.
- Allocated - Total allocated inventory. To view
the orders allocated to this inventory, click the allocated hyperlink.
- Damaged - Total damaged inventory.
- On Hold - Total on hold inventory.
Inventory
Detail Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view inventory detail information.
- Code Date - The code date for the inventory.
- Manufacturer Log Code - The manufacturer lot
code for the inventory.
- Date Added - The date the inventory was recorded
into the system.
Allocated
Detail Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view the orders allocated to
inventory.
- BOL Number - To view order detail information,
click the BOL number hyperlink.
- Product Number - To view product detail
information, click the product number hyperlink.
- Allocated - Total quantity allocated to the
order.
- Picked - Total quantity picked from inventory
for the order.
Serial Number Tracking
Close Window
- Purpose -- Used to view and download
serial number tracking information.
- Warehouse Select
the desired warehouse.
- Search by Select the desired search
field.
- Condition Select the desired search
condition.
- Value Specify the full or partial
search value and click Go to start the search.
- Download To download the information
into Excel, click Download.
